The Shoemaking Process
Cutting materials
Cutting is the first process of making any pair of shoes. Leather is carefully selected from our supplier of premium leather and cuts the individual parts that will be assembled in order to make an upper.
Cutting can be undertaken by hand using a knife, or with a hydraulic press, using cutting knives in pre-formed shapes forged from steel.
The art of clicking is to minimise waste leather while ensuring any flaws in the leather are excluded from the footwear.
Stitching upper
After the leather has been cut it is sent to the stitching room. The initial process in this department is to stitch the individual parts of the upper to show where they are to be joined together.
The different pieces of leather are skivved,this is an operation that reduces the thickness of the leather at the edges to enable more than one piece to be sewn together and thus prevents excess seam thickness.
Finally the stitching room team assembles the different parts of the upper, inserting eyelets,staining raw edges and trimming any remaining excess material.
Lasting upper
At this point in the production process the lasts(wooden or plastic forms which denote the finished shape and size of shoe)are gathered together.
The insole or mid-sole of the footwear is then affixed to the bottom of the last and the upper is pulled over the last to form the shape and the size of the final footwear.The upper is then glued and stapled to the insole.

Q1: Are you a manufacturer ?
A: Yes, we are factory in Guangzhou , half an hour come to Baiyun airport.

A: Usually our MOQ will be 300pairs/model with mixed size.
As a factory , we can accept small quantity for new buyer to try market .
Q3: Can I ask sample before place an order?
A: Yes, Samples fee and the freight will be paid by customer ,and returned when place order.
We supply free samples to our regular buyers.

A: For samples , we will finish it within 5-15days base on model and detailed requests .
For mass production , our delivery time is 35-45 days .
